Day Zero 0

It’s Saturday morning, day zero of a few things. The winter is over. I love to be outside – especially with my family. I have my health and would like to be healthier. I have a few things to say.

1) This is my first blog post in a long time….
Twitter is my go-to place to discover things of interest and share what’s on my mind. The sidebar I enabled on my blog has been a poor substitute for sharing my thought about the Tweet “mental bookmark,” that I posted. My goal is to review the daily feed and write about the Tweets of interest and other things.

2) In 20 min, I will be out for my first run in a long time…
The goal today is to put in an intense mile as part of an interval training program. I am excited to have my daughter join me in the effort. I think we will target a June 5k.

That’s all for now. Time to get outside.
